On May 7, Heart Gallery of El Paso hosted its inaugural fundraiser, Framing Hope—a heartfelt evening dedicated to celebrating the impact of adoption and raising critical awareness and support for children in foster care who are waiting for families.
Emceed by El Paso Mayor Renard Johnson, the evening was both moving and inspiring, filled with stories that brought the mission of Heart Galleries to life.
We were especially honored to welcome First Lady of Texas Cecilia Abbott as our special guest. As a longtime Heart Galleries of Texas advocate, her presence and commitment highlighted the urgent need to support Texas children in foster care and amplified the call to action for families, volunteers, and donors alike.
Through storytelling, photography, and connection, Framing Hope showcased the faces and voices behind the mission—children full of potential, longing for the stability and love of a permanent home. Guests experienced firsthand how the Heart Gallery uses compelling imagery and narrative to spark change and inspire families to step forward.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our attendees, supporters, and sponsors, Framing Hope raised over $85,000 to directly support our mission in the El Paso region. Their support brings visibility to children’s stories and ensures every frame tells a story of hope.
