Heart Galleries of Texas is proud to announce the recipients of our 2025–2026 Phase II Post-Adoption Grants. This year, 47 awards have been made to community-based organizations across all 11 regions of Texas, each working to strengthen families and ensure long-term stability for children adopted from foster care.

These grants represent a continued investment in post-permanency services that families tell us are most critical such as mental health supports, caregiver groups, family bonding and wellness activities, emergency assistance, and training for professionals. By equipping local organizations with the resources they need, we are building stronger, more connected communities of support for adoptive families across the state.

We are especially excited to share that in October 2025, Heart Galleries of Texas will launch a new Post-Adoption Website Hub. This hub will feature details on all grant recipients, provide families with a one-stop location to find services in their area, and offer resources for professionals and community members who want to be part of strengthening permanency in Texas.

This year’s grant cycle was especially competitive, with inspiring proposals from organizations committed to walking alongside families after adoption. We are deeply grateful to every applicant and thrilled to partner with the 47 grantees who will be leading this work in the coming year.

Together, we are continuing to build a future where every family has the support they need to thrive after adoption.
