Heart Galleries of Texas in partnership with The Texas Center for Child and Family Studies is pleased to announce an upcoming Request for Applications (RFA) inviting local organizations connected with their regional Heart Gallery to apply for funding aimed at bolstering post-permanency support for youth adopted from foster care.
We will be offering grants ranging from $200,000 to $300,000 per region to enhance services and programs dedicated to ensuring the long-term success and well-being of youth adopted from foster care and their families.
This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to providing sustained support and resources for families formed through adoption. The RFA will be open from June 15 to July 15, with more information available closer to the release date here.
